The first big tournament of 2007 - Turkish National Masters Tournament was won by Hamza Sayın. Turkish National Masters Tournament which is one of the traditional tournaments of Turkish Golf Federation, accommodated 55 golfers' 15 of which women.
National Team defeated by illness and lack of experience in South African Republic.
In recent years Turkish National Men's Golf Team, introduced the name of Turkish Golf to the world with its successful results. Unfortunately illness and lack of experience led to disappointment in the World Amateur Golf Championship organized in South African Republic.
